Dodd and Associates, Inc. is home to state-certified appraisers, and as a whole, combine nearly 150 years of residential appraisal experience.

Our appraisers have backgrounds in mortgage lending and real estate brokerage, as well as education and management - so each appraiser brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to the table, creating a solid diverse team.

Robert B. Dodd founded the company in 1987. He is president of Dodd & Associates, while Jerry Owens, Brent Cousins, and William Granberry serve as vice-presidents and managing partners. Alexis Munn serves as the corporate secretary and is also a managing partner. Robert, Jerry, Brent, and William all hold the SRA professional designation from the Appraisal Institute, of which Robert Dodd is a past chapter president and state director.
